BM CLASSIFIEDS LICENSE AGREEMENT

You are hereby authorized to operate one copy of this program under one domain name unless an "unlimited" version of this license has been purchased. If an unlimited license has been purchased, you may operate an unlimited number of copies of this program under an unlimited number of domain names, provided that all operating copies of the program reside on one server. If you need to operate on more than one server you must notify BM Scripts with the domain name, server IP address, and your purchase receipt number or transaction ID, so that we may properly log you in out antipiracy system. Using the license key generator to generate a license key for each installed copy will be considered sufficient notice. If your site becomes disabled or stops functioning, whether temporary or permanently, because of automated antipiracy measures in place because of failure to properly notify BM Scripts of the site in question, you will hold BM Scripts harmless for any and all damages. Not part of this software may be copied, sold, leased, or redistributed in any manner, with exception of included works under General Public Licenses as outlined below.

 

BECAUSE THERE ARE TOO MANY CONDITIONS AND VARIABLES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF BM SCRIPTS, IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL BM SCRIPTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE).


GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSES

BM Scripts may include code, libraries, scripts, or other works which are governed under General Public Licenses. Inclusion of such code, libraries, scripts, or other works is to enhance usability of our script, however, operation of our script is in no way dependent upon these works. Such works are included and integrated for the benefit and convenience of our script users.  BM Scripts charges only for its original code authored by BM Scripts and its license governs only such original code. Any inclusions of code, libraries, scripts, or other works under General Public Licenses shall retain the full scope of, and be governed by, their original license. Any such code, libraries, scripts, or other works are independent works and may be extracted from this distribution as standalone product and used according to their license terms.
